HomeView gives you a clear overview of your smart home and indicates the real-time status of your equipment, allowing you to identify safety concerns, such as an open garage, swiftly. When first using this new feature, you can select the color, siding, and roof of your virtual residence to reflect your real home.
How to personalize the Vivint App experience
Your experience in the Vivint App is completely customizable. Add the HomeView tool and then set up the My Home tab however you prefer. In this unified dashboard, you can rearrange tiles so what matters most is given priority. To illustrate, you might want an easy-access button to arm or disarm your system in the first spot, followed by cameras, security sensors, and energy usage. Everything from your surveillance video to smart lighting is all in one spot.
The improved Vivint App comes with all systems, regardless of the plan you select, and now features a dark mode to boost visibility and reduce eye strain in low-light settings.
